Night two sees Team Texas, Ilyas and his wife Amanda, present a menu of tried and tested food along with a little homegrown southern hospitality. But when they serve themselves something slightly different their guests are not impressed. Finally, it's the turn of Sabbi and Ashley to host with an Indo-Caribbean fusion they think is destined to win them the £1000.
